Alert Trigger Logic
An alert is triggered when:
Three consecutive high heart rate readings are detected at 5-minute intervals
For example: high HR at 5 min, 10 min, and 15 min will trigger the 1st ALERT
If high HR continues, a 2nd ALERT will be issued at the 35-minute mark
This proactive detection helps users take timely breaks, hydrate, and manage stress.

Basis for High HR Alerts
High heart rate thresholds are derived using ACGIH guidelines
Calculated using the formula: 180 - Age
These thresholds represent elevated heart rate in response to fatigue or heat stress
