Monitoring Heart Rate

The SOL-X SmartWatch helps crew members keep track of their vital signs, including real-time and resting heart rate. Monitoring your heart rate regularly is essential for understanding physical exertion, fatigue, and overall wellness.


Heart Rate Monitor Overview

The Heart Rate Monitor displays:

  • Live heart rate (BPM) updated every few minutes

  • A 4-hour trend graph showing recent fluctuations

  • A 7-day resting heart rate trend for long-term insights

You can access this from the SmartWatch by swiping to the Heart Rate screen.



Understanding HR Alerts

HR Alert Thresholds:

  • Green (<140 bpm): Low/Moderate, normal during rest or light activity

  • Red (>140 bpm): High, may indicate exertion, stress, or other health factors


Heart Rate Alerts

You will receive an automatic alert if your heart rate exceeds a critical threshold:

  • Example: Above 185 BPM for more than 15 minutes

  • Alert message will advise you to rest and hydrate

  • Always take these alerts seriously
