Heart Rate Monitor Overview
The Heart Rate Monitor displays:
Live heart rate (BPM) updated every few minutes
A 4-hour trend graph showing recent fluctuations
A 7-day resting heart rate trend for long-term insights
You can access this from the SmartWatch by swiping to the Heart Rate screen.

Understanding HR Alerts
HR Alert Thresholds:
Green (<140 bpm): Low/Moderate, normal during rest or light activity
Red (>140 bpm): High, may indicate exertion, stress, or other health factors
Heart Rate Alerts
You will receive an automatic alert if your heart rate exceeds a critical threshold:
Example: Above 185 BPM for more than 15 minutes
Alert message will advise you to rest and hydrate
